Same person who will say games are too expensive and microtransaction or the bane of the gaming industry will take superchats, and want people to buy into his ecosystem because the ad revenue from just making videos isn't enough. And that's it. People just want more money. You could not have superchats turned on, you could not have the join button enabled, but you do. Why because you want more money 🤣🤣. It is what it is at the end of the day. The publishers want more money, while reducing their cost. Hell even buying a box of cereal you get less cereal now, but it also costs more.

14:22 day 1 patches started out as a way to deter people from pirating games on PC. Get your cracked copy, but then a day 1 patch fixes things and you already have to download a patch, because the base game without the patch was unbeatable in some fashion. Now it’s more of a standard excuse for “we are fixing this thing we didn’t spend enough money on making cause we spent tooooo much money on commercials”

there has been a lot of guessing with the Pro. no one is sure if it's dropping with the hardware PSSR solution. people are claiming it is, but Sony only recently actually pushed the patent out for it, so it's hard to think the hardware would be ready in such a small timeframe. and how much work is required for devs to support ANOTHER frame generation solution. when software frame generation is out already and finally looking pretty decent on consoles (AMD's FSR). then there was claims the Pro dev kits were being sent out in November last year, then another claim they were being sent out a couple of months ago, while in the meantime, the only photos of any devkits out in the wild are of a new Xbox devkit in South Korea. the misinformation has been insane on the Pro console.

I like digital games, but there are things that I don’t like about digital games that I don’t like. Namely censorship. If a developer decides to censor a game after release and you don’t want your game censored, you don’t have a choice. Which is bizarre. And I’m concerned if they take servers down then you can lose your games. So hopefully they make these aspects better.

If they actually release a PS5 pro I’d get it. I like graphics

Does anybody know if it’s worth $20 a month to sign up for Ubisoft plus subscription service? I already have game pass ultimate, so I don’t know if another $20 a month is worth paying for Ubisoft plus. Do they have enough games to make it worthwhile?

I'm sorry Destin, love your channel, but maybe get off the soapbox about the layoffs at Microsoft when you wont talk (or not allowed to talk) about the layoffs that happened at IGN after they bought out their competition. I hate layoffs too, but it seems drastically hypocritical of you to say that. And i remember a live stream you did a week or so ago when someone superchatted and you cut of reading it after you said IGN and said you're not gonna talk about it.
